Consent to the processing of personal data

This is the text referred to by the checkbox on the registration form of Unified Image API. It is drawn up in accordance with part 4 of article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ.

1. Consent to the processing of personal data

Data subject: the person submitting the registration form, identified by the email address and the name entered in it.

Operator: Иванов Олег Игоревич, a private individual registered under the Russian professional-income tax regime (self-employed), INN 772022690404, email for requests support@genmux.tech.

Purposes: registration and authentication; performance of the contract — generating images and delivering results; billing, accounting and issuing fiscal receipts; security and abuse prevention; user support; compliance with legal obligations.

Personal data covered: email address, name, password hash, IP address and user agent of sessions, prompts and URLs of reference images, generated images and job metadata, records of credit purchases and payment references.

Actions permitted: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalisation, blocking, deletion, destruction — carried out by automated means, including making decisions in an automated manner about the execution and billing of a generation job.

Cross-border transfer: you agree to the transfer of prompts and reference images to the image-model provider in the People’s Republic of China — a state providing adequate protection of the rights of data subjects — solely to fulfil your request.

Term: this consent is valid until it is withdrawn or the account is deleted.

Withdrawal: send a free-form message to support@genmux.tech from the address linked to the account. Withdrawal terminates the processing carried out on the basis of consent; data that the operator is required by law to keep is retained for the statutory period.

Consent is given by ticking the box on the registration form. The operator records the fact of consent together with the date, time, IP address and browser of the submission, and the version of this text.

2. Consent to receive advertising messages

Separate and optional. By ticking the second box you agree, under article 18 of Federal Law “On Advertising”, to receive product news and offers from the operator at the email address you provided. This consent is not required to create an account, does not affect the service, and may be withdrawn at any time via the unsubscribe link in any such message or by writing to support@genmux.tech.
