Service

Иванов Олег Игоревич provides an API that generates images from text prompts using third-party and first-party models. Access is prepaid with credits; credits are consumed per successful generation as published on the pricing page and are refunded automatically for failed or cancelled jobs. Credits are not redeemable for cash.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to generate unlawful content, infringe third-party rights, or attempt to bypass rate limits or billing. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Building products on the service

You are welcome to build commercial products on the service — apps, bots, agencies, white-label tools, resold API access — and to set your own prices. What you generate for your own users is your responsibility: you must make sure their prompts and their use of the output comply with these terms and with the content policy of the underlying model, and you remain liable for every generation made with your keys. Credits stay attached to the account that bought them; we may set per-key rate limits to keep the service stable for everyone.

Content

You retain rights to your prompts and, to the extent permitted by the underlying model licences, to generated images. You are responsible for how you use generated content.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We may update these terms; continued use after an update is acceptance.

Payment and receipts

The service is prepaid: you buy credits and spend them on generations. Payments are handled by the payment providers listed in the privacy policy. For every payment a receipt generated in the «Мой налог» tax application is sent to the email address on your account (article 14 of Federal Law No. 422-ФЗ).

Refunds

Unused credits are refunded on request to the original payment method within 10 working days. Credits already consumed by successful generations are not refundable. Failed jobs are refunded automatically to your credit balance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. Disputes are first addressed through a written claim, which is answered within 10 working days; if no agreement is reached, the dispute is heard by the court at the location of the operator.
